The place is awesome, we totally love your home, well organized and everything we need are all perfectly available, the space is really comfortable and cozy, and we felt right at home from the very first moment. Your attention to detail made our stay truly enjoyable and stress-free.

Noise from the bridge and the street in the morning

Price for value, this place cannot be beaten. It was easy walking into Hoi An center, the beds were comfortable, the wifi worked, and the host was very helpful. We also enjoyed the modest breakfast; the coffee was especially good. Rooms were situated in the back, which significantly reduced noise. All in all, for the price, this place is a great deal!

The pool/lounge/breakfast area of the hotel is very loud due to a steady stream of motorbikes passing by. The bathroom ceilings are open to the other guests bathrooms, so you can easily hear other people in their bathroom.

It was very clean but the lack of internet through tv was basically me watching Vietnamese tv . It was pouring down rain and internet through tv was listed knowing that was a lie

No internet through tv not the best location and lack of even a few words of English was very frustrating

It’s run by a delightful family. Everything was very clean and the host could not have been more helpful despite having to cope with recent flooding in the area. We would definitely stay here again should we be in the area.

L’accueil chaleureux , la chambre, la terrasse extérieur, l’ambiance familiale, l’aide apportée, nous étions bloqués par les inondations, tout a été fait pour nous sortir de Hoi An et ne pas loupé notre vol retour d’hô chi minh. Et en plus , ne pouvant quitter l’hôtel, les dames de l’homestay nous ont offert un petit dîner maison Plus, c’est pas possible ! Je les embrasse
