Ubicación y personal, aunque no hablaba nada de inglés.

Paredes sucias, sin ventana, no salía agua caliente. En el baño no había ni cortina, ni mampara. Mucho calor.

Tiện nghi đầy đủ, chỗ ở sạch sẽ - mới, có wiew đẹp. Quá tuyệt vời.

Good location, close to the station. Good value for money (cheap & basic)

The room we got was very small. The facilities were not well considered or missing. The top surfaces and extractor fan were dusty. No sound proofing so could hear the elevator. One small window to the inside of the property, dirty. Pay on cash on arrival but had no change.

The late hours receptionist seemed bothered when I made a last minute reservation. He smoked openly in the lobby too... Hotel does not take cards at night and only cash but he was kind enough to wait until the next morning so I could pay by card. An ATM is located a few blocks away from the building! The room looked wore down compared to the pictures. Regardless, it was clean and all toiletry was available.

The location, is just a short walk from the train station, I was also able to walk to The Hue Palace and back. The area around the hotel, is safe and vibrant, with a wide variety of shops and restaurants. The rooms are very chic, and most importantly comfortable. All areas of the hotel is ultra clean.

A word of warning, the bathroom in my room 401 was incredibly slippery when wet, and I mean off the scale. I probably should have worn my flip flops.

Staff were very friendly. The night staff waited for my very late check in. Good value for money.

Clean and simple room in a conveniently located hotel & cafe. Sheets were very soft and staff nice, would recommend if you’re looking to stay near the train station!

The property was close and convenient to where my colleagues were staying. The room was big and price was ok. When I needed to change the dates of my stay they accommodated me with no problem.

The bathroom seemed to have black mold at the sink area. Bed isn’t the most comfortable but it worked. The staff were very nice but didn’t speak English so it was a bit difficult communicating. They also had a hard time finding my booking when I arrived. The cafes are just rooms with chairs. It was really unclear how to order so I gave up. They did my laundry but it didn’t come back actually clean, but seemed like it had just been put in the dryer with something to make it smell good. If you are backpacking and just need one or two nights it’s fine but I myself wouldn’t stay here again.
