Very good value for money and very modern, in a good location.

Very noisy throughout the night. There is no door between the lobby and the staircase or rooms, and the front door is left open until late, so you can hear road noise into the late evening. Other than that the rooms were very good value.

We were there just for a couple of hours to shower and rest a little before taking a night train to Ninh Binh. The staff were very kind.

Bed was very comfortable. Ok for the price

The room was really not clean...walls were dirty as well as toilet and sink...nothing was really clean but the bed (and still sheets had a lot of stains)...at least in our room...it needs to be cleaned more in depth.

The position is not extremely central but is a little away from the super touristic area and I really liked that

Despite the property being good value for money, the room was very smelly from drains and not very clean when we arrived. The staff were not very helpful. We only asked a couple of things and they simply said no. They also didn’t seem to have our reservation and we could not find the AC remote.

There is a spectacular vegetarian restaurant called SALA. nearby. As a non vegetarian this was very surprising how much I enjoyed the food. Ate there twice. Near to the train station and we had an early check in after being on the night train from Hanoi, unfortunately while confirmed, room wasn't available on arrival.
