the hotel itself was lovely and clean, spacious room size. Excellent cafe which does amazing smoothies and salt coffee. the host was so helpful and friendly and I was made to feel very welcome. I arrived before check in time and was able to use shower facilities and leave my bag whilst I went out to explore Hue as I was only there for the day. All other staff were helpful and friendly. I would stay here again.

sometimes the wifi would lose connection, it was best in the cafe area.

"Lovely hotel with good coffee"

Lovely hotel with nice staff, and a clean and spacious room. The coffee is great too, especially the coconut coffee. The hotel is located close to the train station, with plenty of shops and restaurants in walking distance.

The wifi in my room (5th floor) was regularly loosing connection, but otherwise everything was great.

The mango smoothie was so good . The complimentary rose tea was a real bonus. The 3 cafes provided very nice & romantic ambience for us.
