good hotel, nice service

all was very good

Coming an hour later then requested was not a problem.

It is not very clean. There was just one English speaking staff but he was very engaged. In generell, we had the feeling that it is a hotel which is more for locals. For breakfast, there were three options. We do not mind typical food but it was nothing we liked but tastes can be different. We just stayed one night, arriving late and leaving the next morning. At about 6am people started screaming for almost an hour in the hallway.

Location to the railway station.

Shower was between toilet and entry. Extra charge for early check in ... (the room was already cleaned up) Location to town. Glass was like paper ... you could hear everything outside.

Great bed. We stayed here 1 night just to catch our train in to Ninh Binh. Very clean and spacious.

Water was cold after 2 mins.

Room are relatively new, very clean

Only one staff speak english, the rest don't. But overall still very helpful
