Un magnifique établissement avec de magnifiques personnes Je regrette d'avoir pris qu'une nuit La prochaine fois j'y resterai plus longtemps Un petit coin tellement apaisant

The breakfast was excellent and adjusted to our dietary (vegan). We loved spending time in the pool which is surrounded with beautiful trees and chairs to relax. The room itself was cozy and comfortable. Our hosts made sure we have everything: bikes, motor bikes, enough water, etc.

We loved the place and the hosts, and if we could, we would've stay for longer time for sure. The shower, bed and AC were great and we enjoyed breakfast and the cute pool. In the early morning you can walk to Múa Cave and enjoy the quiet before all the other tourists arrive... Thanks Smiley <3

Owner cai is very sweet he make sures host are well taken care of very well he help us to guide .. also room are exceptionally clean and well maintained

Just the bathroom fold it would have been better if instead of bathroom fold they provide proper curtain or may be stick something to wall

Price and quality is perfect. Nice and friendly people, always there to help you out.

Pool needed lounge chairs

Great homestay! The room was clean and looked exactly like the photos. Wifi worked fine, the location was great, walking distance to Hang Mua lookout, close to other places of interest in Ninh Binh. The breakfast was good. The best part is the owner - him and all the other members of his family were extremely nice and welcoming, the owner organized transfer back to Hanoi for me and generally made me feel very welcome. I'd definitely return if I visited the area again.

Superb location, not noisy at all. The swimming pool was bigger than it looked in the pictures, and was amazingly cool & refreshing. Good breakfast, with the choice of Western or Vietnamese. The staff was really helpful and understanding, helping us book taxis and find restaurants and when finding things to do in the area. There are a lot of restaurants & massage places, even a grocery store, within a 5-minute walk, so this is a perfect place to stay for a couple of days while exploring Ninh Binh. There were a lot of taxis/grabs nearby, meaning we never had to wait longer than 5 minutes when booking one.
