Ciel Homestay

Paní majitelka byla velice příjemná, ochotná a milá. Cítili jsme se tu jako doma. Prostory nádherné, zahrada je obrovské plus nejen za horkého počasí. Moc se nám tu líbilo.

Excellent location very close to the imperial palace . The room was part of a French colonial style mansion set in a large beautiful landscaped garden. We booked the family room even though there was only 2 of us. Good decision - the room was very comfortable and spacious with 3 balconies! There was a kitchen and living area downstairs for communal use. All fittings and fixtures were top quality. I do lots of house renovations and I was very impressed! The caretakers of the property were able to provide us with free bicycles to tour the local area and also rent us a scooter to explore further afield. I would definitely recommend this property.

Nothing - perfect!

A short but fabulous stay. Highly recommend if you enjoy being amongst locals rather than hustle & bustle of tourists. Easy walking distance to citadel & places to eat. Beautiful home & host! We stayed as a family of 3.

This place was such a gem. Absolutely gorgeous property and really lovely host. The gardens around the property are super lovely to enjoy and actually the location was great - very walkable to the main attractions of the area, and yet, away from busy tourist spots.

Was welcomed with the biggest smiles which potentially is a perfect residence in Hue.. comfy bed.. super clean room and shared living /kitchen area. The well kept lush and green garden made the stay even better.. would definitely stay again

I love dogs but if you do not they have two

Everything was beautiful, clean and just amazing. The rooms were spacious and the sight from the balcony to the garden was so peaceful and cozy. The owner and the woman working there were super kind and we even had a kitchen to use. The location is perfect to explore the imperial city. We arrived with a baby and the beds were comfortable for us three to sleep in. I would love to come back there and can only recommend a stay. The most beautiful thing was maybe to wake up to the traditional singing from somewhere at dawn.

We loved everything really.

The house and grounds were beautiful even out of season, hard for the pictures to do it justice. We were both warmly and attentatively cared for as well as left on our own which perfectly suited us. The family is really lovely. The rooms are in a separate house from the family house in large grounds. The room was really comfortable and outside space to use (when it's warmer). Plenty of places to eat and get coffee. Grabs were low cost and quick to arrive to move around further afield. We enjoyed a day on their (free) bicycles exploring the tombs that are on the combo citadel ticket. Note if you visit any tombs not part of the combo you might have the place to yourself! The local Korean CHOSUN-Tiệm ăn Hàn Quốc and Vietnamese Quán Mắm Huế restaurants are highly recommended.

The location really suited us but check what you are looking for. If you want to be in walking distance of the citadel yet away from the tourist areas this is great. You will meet few tourists here, no one will hassle you and need a translate app in some places for ordering food. A bit challenging if you want tourist convenience but perfect if you want to be in real Vietnam.
