Cocohut Hoi An Homestay

The cabins are very cozy. Staff was not present the whole time but that was not a problem. Everything can be easily managed via WhatsApp. You can good rates for taxi from/to airport and daily activities.

The surroundings were immensely loud at night. It was not only the chickens and the rooster right behind our cabin, there were obviously ceremonials starting every night at 3am in the neighborhood. We were lucky to 3h of sleep every night. Yes it's nothing directly related to the hostel, but if you like to have a good sleep, you should take another accomodation. But beside that, definitely 5 stars

When you arrive you're given great tips about the area on where to eat and discounted breakfast. There is beaches and shops a 10 minute walk away from the huts. Grabs into town are about 100, 000 vnd. It's a laid back stay with the biggest and comfiest bed... that had us extending our stay twice! There can be free tea and coffee found, with a kettle and beers and soft drinks there for you to help yourself, and add onto your bill at the end. For me, having somewhere that felt like home to stay really helped me relax and unwind.

It was one of the more expensive places I've stayed on my travels, more expensive than what I pay at home. If you stay, respect the electricity signs to keep the costs low for the next customer. But there was the luxury of free drinking water, a fridge, the ability to cook at home if you wanted to. Having a pool as your front garden for a few days in a little village, was very cute. I would still come back here and recommend it to others.

Very cosy, great place to relax and recharge away from everything. Lovely locals all around. Great to be able to borrow a bicycle and very close to the ocean. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

I am a light sleeper, rooster next door is awake at 330am. Earplugs a must.

The huts are cosy and unique. The pool is clean. It felt like staying at a friend's house.

Close to the beach for swimming, also enjoyed using the pool. Only 6 rooms in the complex so nice and quiet.

We were hoping to use bikes to get around but the homestay only had one available. There was also a rooster close by that crowed early in the morning.

Best staff Good location. Quiet and peacefull Good place for healing and relax. Only 10 mín by grab to old town and beach stay near by.

Atmosphere on point! Very relaxed and chill

Johana (staff) was amazing. Very simple and cozy accommodation. Free bikes. Close to the beach. Nice place to relax. Swimming pool. Kitchen.

Kitchen could be little bit better equipped. I would appreciate to have more privacy in the bathroom (no doors, just curtains).
