Location and space

I booked for my wife and kids and they had a horrible experience upon arrival. The host was not expecting guests and insisted she prefers 2 night stays minimum. Place was full of ants.

The property is spacious, clean and comfortable. It is close to shops, parks and other amenities, which was very convenient. Mama Thembi is an amazing hostess and I love that she is just a call away if you need something, but that she gives you your space and your privacy. We have stayed at other guesthouses in the past where the hosts come have conversations with you day and night, so we loved that we were given our space and privacy. We travelled with my 2 year old little sister and she was loud and had some temper tantrums, being in unfamiliar settings, so we were worried this may upset the hosts as I’m sure they could hear the noise, but Mama Thembi didn’t even mention this and was kind and friendly towards us the whole time. I will definitely be booking here again the next time I am in SA. 10/10!

That we couldn’t stay longer!

Loved the set up very neat and clean, pool was great but the weather was not, loved the washing machine my son had a Tournament and atleats he got to wear clean clothes all self catering places should have this for their guest's thank you Thembi

I didn't like the weather couldn't swim, further more great place
