The facilities were immaculate, the bathtub, bedding as well as kitchen facilities were great. We greatly enjoyed the fact that it was exceptionally clean.

A particular staff member , named Cathy was unprofessional and rude to us. 1. She asked us to have a look at the food we warmed up in the kitchen and commented on the food. 2. When we asked to extend our stay , she rudely knocked on our bedroom door demanding that pay instantly. 3. She then complained that we called her at night yet it was stated that we may use the number 24/7. She said that she was asleep and we disrupted her sleep. 4. On the final day, she rudely told us that our stay was over and we should leave. This treatment was quite disappointing however the guest house was outstanding.

The room was very small and not clean, when you open the door you just step into the bed, like literally, there’s no freedom of movement even for one person imagine if there are two people in that small room.
