Luxury Upmarket Guesthouse 20 on 4th

The common areas were clean, bedding was clean, the rooms we booked were on the small side but not that bad. The area is quite and beautiful. The area is very very very hot and luckily they have an air conditioner.

The ladies who are taking care of the property were nice but did not speak English to accommodate us since we dont speak the language which came across as passive aggressive, it was a struggle to understand what they are saying and communicating your needs. Understanding we live in a democratic country but it would be nice to meet your guests halfway. Inside the bedroom we booked, the toilet is just sitting behind a drywall with no door for privacy or window for fresh air , this was a serious breach of privacy for me. You have to sit in the toilet for the whole bedroom to fill with the aroma of your business😭while the person you booked with is there...There is an extractor fan because there is no window for the toilet,but still its embarrassing🙄. We unfortunately unknowingly booked rooms that were inside (our fault) we were not able to relax as a group of 4 because the rooms are small to gather in one bedroom, so I suggest for a group to book the outside rooms because they have a sitting area.

The bed was very comfortable and the room was lovely! We loved the fact that there was Netflix and WiFi available.

The shower pressure was terrible and there were no plugs next to the bed to charge our phones.

Everything was good here, the people were friendly, the place was clean and bed was very comfy. I enjoyed my stay.

Water pressure in the shower needs some work.
