Palm villa

Location.

The property had no electricity and it was extremely hot. My mother (guest) was given a torch until I complained that she needed to charge her phone and do other things. They switched on the generator and told her to charge phone because they’d switch it off later and she was told that her room unfortunately is the only room without a fan and they cannot give her a fan. She was beaten by mosquitoes all night. Called them to try and arrange a fan and nothing was done.

The stay was comfortable for the price. The place was clean and had all the basic amenities.. There was a kitchen and lounge which made it easy for cooking. Its a quiet serene home environment. The staff were welcoming and friendly . The place is in a safe neighborhood. There was ample parking space! There was a backup power supply and hot water was available throughout

The wifi in the room was not working. The number at the gate is a southafrican number had a long wait at the gate because they had to call the zim number to open. They explained that the person at the gate had gone for a funeral which I understood.
