"Bed not comfy"

The staff did everything to fix the Wifi directly after I told them. Successfully. The location is in the centre of Ubud. It was realtively cheap. Working air-conditioning.

The bed was hard, and I had the feeling that it barely supported my weight of 77kg when I laid down on it or moved in it. The bedding didn't seem to be clean.

Nothing. The property is nothing like it is on the pictures, dirty, full of flies and mosquitoes and just a bad vibe overall.

They made me wait 30 mins to check in as the room “wasn’t ready” I then demanded a refund as the room they gave me was not the right one and they refused.

Location

Kitchen and toilet stank terribly, no window in the bathroom, was completely open, ie no glass at all, place was run down

"Relaxing villa with a great pool."

Old school villa with amazing view on the forest and rice fields on the other side. Plenty of drinking water available and small kitchen with basic stuff. Pool was also very positive experience. The stuff were very friendly and helpful.

There is quite few stairs to make to the pool and reception, although it’s good exercise :) There is construction going on on the neighboring lot so some noise from there occasionally.
