I can just rescue the staff they were friendly

I didn't like it because the shower was dirty Plus the pressure of the water was very low and the internet signal was very bad I mostly had my own internet The pool doesn't look like the picture I was disappointed that the room was not as light as needed because there was an open room in the middle of the jungle which at night is pretty dark. As well it is far from the pick station from the normal transportation which is grab so you need to walk like 10 minutes to take the bike or taxi

breakfast was really nice good options and reasonable room was nice really comfortable beds and nice and cool staff very friendly room service was good options easy to pay at the end

not a good location around 40 min walk into ubud through the jungle which is lovely to do but has no light so impossible to walk back after dinner etc only got a hotel next door which serves really nice food but quite expensive so are trapped with that pool is lovely alas only 2 sunbeds and one seat under cover to sit round - also no ground space to lie down there either. We ended up going to the hotel next door to use their sun loungers (had a 400k minumum spend to use) lots and lots of stairs!! not good with a suitcase as all rooms down at least one flight of stairs wouldnt be good with kids/ elderly/ immobile shower was cold and bathroom (our one at least) had an exposed outside wall so lots of bugs and gets rained on

The room itself was poor quality as there is no windows It was so open that bat's and insects terrorized us throughout the night so we could not sleep properly The mosquito net was placed at the feet side so we were unable to cover ourselves Scary experience

Swimming pool was good. Staff was supportive. Food is available in request. Payment possible with credit card.

Not suitable for family with old parents or disabled as the property have steep stairs, which is difficult to access. We were assigned a room like shop with glass door facing the road, which was difficult to close and didn't felt safe. Also open balcony & washroom with just curtains, which was not safe for family. Also property didn't complete the development, which was unappealing.

I arrived after a long travel thinking I ll find a good and quiet place but when I arrived they gave me the room that is not inside the hotel but it is outside a vitrine on the main Road with no glass so very noisy. I told them that is not what I came for and they offered to change me for another room but only if I paid the same amount I paid for two nights. In the description there is no information about this room I book that is not even part of the hotel. For instance to go to the swimming pool you have to cross by the street and re enter thw whole stairs. The key for this room is the key for a shop that was here before and hard to open the door. I was very surprised about this and disappointed the way they deal with my problematic. Very arrogant employees. After I ask for hair dryer that I saw in the other room but not in mine and at the beginning they refused to gave me one. I don’t like the way they treat me, I usually am a very chill traveler.
