No Grabs Available: There were no Grab services available in the area, making transportation very difficult. Misleading Location: Upon arrival, we found ourselves not on hotel grounds but on the main road beside it. Our room had a glass “shopping” door overlooking the main road, which was not at all what we expected. Inaccurate Room Description: The room description on Booking.com did not mention that the room was open and lacked a glass window. This exposed us to mosquitoes and monkeys, given the jungle area. When we inquired why this critical detail was omitted from booking.com, we were told it would turnaway customers. Dangerous Conditions: After paying extra for an upgrade, we moved to a room with windows for safety. While moving our luggage, the entire glass door fell on top of my friend, landing on the road. This incident was extremely dangerous and could have caused severe injuries. Unreasonable Charges and aggressive behaviour: When we requested a refund for our upgrade and decided to leave the hotel, we were asked to pay IDR 2 million for the window that already had a crack. The owner was extremely rude and physically intimidating, cornering us and preventing our exit. We ultimately paid a portion just to escape this distressing situation. This experience has left us feeling exploited, financially drained and in tears. We expect a full refund for the upgrade and compensation for the distress and potential harm we encountered. DO NOT STAY HERE!!

Beautiful location. Fantastic pool. If you don't mind stairs, I would definitely recommend the place. The staff were awesome.

The bed was hard and you could feel the springs. There was construction going on all during the day from next door, so it was a bit noisy.

Nice breakfast and very nice location! It's nice and quiet. very nice service and clean. looks very much like the pictures. Not a 5 star luxury hotel - but very nice and good value for money

the staff's english skills are not the best. There are many stairs at this hotel. There are a lot of construction work - nothing bad! but just to inform - it will be going on for months The hotel is a few kilometers from the city, you have to walk in a path, that has no lights in the evening

Breath taking view,The infinity pool facing the jungle is beautiful,The floating basket breakfast ,I loved the bamboo rooms,the staff were really helpful .easy place to get to activities you want to do.

Location is very nice. Very friendly staff. Very bad that online hailing transport is not allowed. Only scam local taxi service allowed. Out of this and totally overcrowded UBUD area I would avoid visiting at all means. Scooters everywhere, even teenage children ride them for short distance instead of walking. Price is okay what is offered.

Room was very very noisy, like neighbors are in the room. Very disappointing. Could hear every word. Moldy and could use some remodeling work. Water preasure very limited
