Made Punia's Jungle

My room has lot of insects and cockroach and small lizard also !!!! I cannot imagine that in my whole life to face such a hotel like that !! I asked booking to refund my money since they didn’t change my room and forced me to stay in the same room for a week !!

Not clean at all

We can hear the neighbors talking as if they were in our room, every movement or sound, including when they use the bathroom or toilet, is very loud and disruptive. Additionally, the poor dog that is tied up outside, barks and cries loudly throughout the night. Due to this, it is impossible for us to sleep or stay in sush conditions. The pool look like abandoned and the works was disturbing

The view was exceptional.

The bedroom had a noticeable mouldy smell. The construction site right next to the facilities was a very bad noisy sideeffect

Pool was dirty so don’t use, towels smelt damp which made the room smell bad, no door on bathroom, could hear the people above going to the toilet and flushing the toilet which sounded like the ceiling was going to collapse, right on the road which was super busy. Stayed for 3 nights and only managed to sleep on the final night after getting up at 2am for the mount Batur hike. We had a double room which looked nothing at all like the double rooms photographed

There is a construction site nearby, the pool and the area require maintenance

Had a nice view of jungle

When we arrived we were told that they could get us taxis at any time. But when we needed to get dropped up the road 5mins when our stay had ended they wouldn’t help us. They made me drag two young kids miles up the road in the heat of the day and along narrow hectic roads with no path for the little ones to walk, to try find taxi because they didn’t want to help. They were happy to rip us off to drive us 10mins down the road the first day. You cannot order taxis online here so keep this in mind when booking. There is also lots of construction next door so it was not peaceful. They also brought the wrong food and loaded the kids meals with chilli so we couldn’t eat them.
