Made Punia's Jungle

The location of Made Punias jungle is perfect, it’s at the end of a ridge walk so there is heaps of cute cafes and warungs scattered along the road but it’s not too busy. The mango smoothie bowl was also realllyyyyy good.

It was a little bit awkward not having a roof on the shower especially when it rained 🤣

Some people may not enjoy the outdoor bathroom but we loved it!

The jungle surrounding the property was beautiful and the staff were really lovely. And the food was nice!

The bathroom was separate from our room which was quite inconvenient, and it was hard to sleep with how loud the wildlife was but that’s not the hotel’s fault! There was also construction going on next door which detracted from the relaxing atmosphere.

The room was super beautiful and the balcony was the cherry on top, absolutely great view! The place is away from the hustle from the main city, you need to have a scooter to commute to the city, its a 20-30 minute ride to the city. The location and surroundings are super beautiful, lush green rice fields, a few cafes and shops to enjoy. All in all a great peaceful surrounding.

My Room was the double room with balcony, it was close to the entrance, the rest of the rooms can be tricky to get to with many many many stairs. The city is 30 min scooter ride away.

When we arrived there was no power so no air con the main thing you need in a place like that. Lots of construction around which we were not made aware of, nothing around only a couple of restaurants in the middle of no where hard to get taxis! We literally stayed there for a hour and booked another place in town. The room was smelly and through a dodgy little ally way. No space for kids to play at pool area. Creepy vibes with millions of stairs do not stay here if you have small Children!

Little gem The view of the jungle is amazing. The pool is big and has a beautiful view as well. The room has a little fridge , a tiny kitchen, and water to refill your bottle. It's just a shame that you can't see the view properly when you sit on the balcony due to the fence. They would need to put higher chairs or remove the wooden fence. Also, the bathroom was not the cleanest and a lot of blood stains under the bed sheets. Overall, it is a great place for the price. I would definitely go again.

Very big and neatly maintained swimming pool. Facilities were upto the mark and property maintenance was good.

Please mention the level (floor) of the rooms available for the stay to avoid confusion for elderly people. More kitchen vessels can be provided as the given items were not sufficient.
