Friendly staff and great location

Great value and location. It's nice to stay in such a traditional balinese style homestay. The breakfast they prepared was great as well. I would definitely stay here again next time.

the place was in a good location and it was beautiful architecture

There was that loud nocturnal bird right outside of my window the entire night screaming every 5 minutes so I didn’t sleep the whole night. This obviously wasn’t the properties fault, they were nice people but they acted like I was crazy when I mentioned it to them and asked if there was any other rooms away from that noise. They just said I was the only one why ever heard this noise. That’s not how you handle a customer that hasn’t gotten any sleep. But they refunded me more than 1/2 of the money which was nice. Also, It wasn’t very clean

This was my second stay at Arsa, a very nice family compound development. The architecture is traditional, and very appealing. The bed was comfortable, bathroom functional, and wife fast and reliable. Breakfast of eggs or pancakes was served on the verandah, basic but tasty. A BIG plus for me is coffee making facilities!!

No aircon, but I knew that when I booked, so it's not a negative, just a heads up for people looking to book there. It's easy to overlook.

We really enjoyed our stay. The hosts were very nice (and so were their dogs!). The room was clean and breakfast was yummy. Great location. But we got a room without AC, which was our mistake as it was very hot.

Our stay at Arsa was perfect! Our room was a gorgeous traditional style building, with a comfy bed, big bathroom and lovely terrace area. We got tea and hot water every day, and a gorgeous homemade breakfast.

An outstanding choice for the price. I toted up the cost of the tea, coffee and cheese pancake I had for breakfast each morning, and it worked out about the same at a local resto as the total cost for my accommodation. So the bed was free! Awesome.
