A clean place with a great location! On top of everything, it is so beautiful. It feels like you are in a temple. The staff are so polite and kind. You can even get a massage on site!

We loved our time at Arsa during our visit to Ubud. The setting was extremely peaceful and relaxing, and felt far removed from the busy Ubud streets despite being in a central location. We loved the outdoor space and enjoyed having breakfast and tea/coffee there in the morning, with beautiful architecture and a view of the family's temple within the grounds. The bathroom was basic but fine for our stay. We were made to feel very welcome and we were helped with queries about scooter hire and laundry etc. I also had a massage and body scrub during our stay which was amazing and very reasonably priced. We would definitely recommend this place and would come back again.

Towels could do with being changed every couple of days (I'm sure if we would have asked this wouldn't have been a problem).

The bedding wasn’t changed from the last guest. The sheets were dirty and there was hair all over. When I showed them they apologized and immediately changed the bedding

It's a family service, the location was fantastic and you can get spa massage services from one of the family members.

Such a lovely spot just few minutes away from CBD. The place is peaceful and so beautiful, such lovely owners. Absolutely loved the room, so nice to sit outside and looking at the garden. Hot tea and coffee anytime.

We were in Ubud and stayed here’s again, very nice and quiet. Good breakfast, Great family and I had a massage before sleep. I can recommend.

Good location

Our flight was delayed so we arrived late at night, the reception should have been open 24 hours, but when we arrived nobody was there. After one hour someone showed up and opened our room in which we found that our blanket and bedsheets were dirty. When we told the staff about it the day after, they changed it and cleaned the room.

Location was a dream, very central but still quiet. Beds were super comfortable and staff very friendly.
