USThe staff was very nice and helpful. They arranged a driver to take us to Bromo and a ride to our next destination. You can rent jackets for Bromo at the hotel. The room was ok and had a tv which was nice for the evening. There is a restaurant with good cheap local food at the property. Breakfast was very simple(the noodles were the best).
The water in the shower never got warm so you have to take a cold shower and the area is in the mountains so it’s a little cold there at night. As other reviews have stated the bathroom gets and stays wet and wasn’t the best design.
