Right in the middle of Hampi, next to the Virupaksha Temple complex . Close to the Tunga bhadra river. Lots of good family run rooftop cafes. Waiting facility on the rooftop with a washroom.

"Good location, price, and host"

We enjoyed the location and flexibility of the host when we needed to adjust our dates, finding us accommodations when rooms were occupied. They provided an extra pillow for each room and responded positively to any questions or requests. They connected us with transportation, food, laundry, and even getting some clothes mended.

We had two rooms, one with a window that was a bit bright in the morning and captured all the outside noises. The other without a window that got a bit humid. However, we were not disappointed given the location and cost. Guests do need to have reasonable expectations and you will not be disappointed.

Super location and fantastic staff So helpful and caring Their chill out cafe is amazing

Room very small, no shelves to store our stuff No windows. Room definitely need upgrade Checkouts at 9 am is a bit tough

"Wonderful hosts and experience at Thilak Homestay"

The lovely greeting from Nidu as we arrived. Our room was on ground level, very spacious, great hot shower and really comfy bed and pillows. The location was superb being right in the heart of Hampi Bazaar. Lots of good local restaurants and cafes and some lovely craft shops. There is a wonderful community feel about this area. We had the most wonderful Tuktuk driver called Shiva who we hired for 3 full days and he was the best!! So informative, great knowledge and showed us how truly amazing Hampi and its landscapes are. He also picked us up and dropped us off at the bus station. We highly recommend Thilak homestay and Shiva and when we return we will stay here 😁

Hôtel situé dans le centre du Viel Hampi,tout à fait tranquille dans une petite ruelle, le gérant est de bon conseil. Merci pour tout.
