Kish the owner of the property was very kind and helpful, the location was amazing right by the temples and restaurants. The room had a fan and air conditioning and clean towels.

It was very noisy but I guess that is the nature of staying in the centre of Hampi and I am also very sensitive to noise.

Though we hadn’t had the chance to point it out (respectively missed to mention), the A/C didn’t work. You might want to check for next guests.

Well located and the owner was really nice.

Basic, bathroom a bit smelly.

The size of the room/bathroom was perfect as was the location in the centre of Hampi. We only needed the Air Con for a short while one afternoon, otherwise the ceiling fan was enough. Hot water was enough for a hot wash or a shower at the end of a vigorous day hiking around Hampi‘s amazing UNESCO-protected monuments and temples. Our host, Kish, has appropriately provided check-in and -out times to especially suit those guests who, like us, took advantage of the overnight Hampi Express train from Bengaluru arriving early. On our last day we were able to leave our bags to pick up in the evening to catch the return overnight train. Two additional notes - Kish recommended the associated Old Chill Out restaurant where we relaxed over several enjoyable and reasonably-priced meals. And Kofi was an excellent Tuktuk driver when we wished to reach the more distant sites - and for taking us back to Hosapet along a somewhat longer but lovely route.

Right in the thick of it, walking distance to Virupaksha and a few other temples and view points. Plenty of restaurants and shops. Kish very on the ball, basic but functional rooms, friendly service, arranged for auto pick up, drop offs and temple auto tours for us, laundry available at reasonable price.
