Lovely, quaint, old house in old town. Sorry walk to the main square. Lovely people. Airport transfer was organized for us without a hitch. Lovely view out to the virgin on the hill

We were very happy with the page as it is in old town and so of course the house is old and amenities are basic. As long as you are realistic, this place has no downsides

Beautiful historical property. Nice garden area. Kelvin was very kind and helpful for recommending places to visit and eat.

The room was right on the street and was very very loud. We brought ear plugs and they helped.

Fantastic place, newly renovated, in a 300 year old stunning house. Beautiful new bathroom. Right in the historic centre, lots of places to eat everywhere, and a grocery shop next door. Stunning big garden with a large patio open to guests. Owner Kelvin is incredibly helpful, organized taxi transfer from the airport, and gave lots of advice on where to go (and not go) in Quito. And the best thing, adorable Labrador living on site! Would happily stay again.

Location was great,walking distance to best spots in Quito, Kelvin was very helpful, the garden is gorgeous and has great view, the place is unique ,traditional architecture with modern facilities.

Kelvin was amazing, friendly, helpful and welcoming. He offered great hospitality and went above and beyond with our late arrival. Our room was spacious and clean. The location was great as we did a lot of walking nearby, but we also rented a car and this stay provided private and safe parking. The house itself is very unique - a 300 year old building. We loved it! We wouldn’t hesitate to book here again.

Fun to stay in a 300 year-old house! Great location with easy walking distance to the main square and churches. Mini market directly across the street for convenience. Bedding was nice (and smelled great!) and included blankets for when it gets cooler in Quito. Room size was large. Vantage point over the street and cool views from double balconies. View of the Virgin statue on the hill from interior entryway and backyard. Hot water in the shower!!! Kelvin and his wife were kind and helpful. Great price for what you get.

There was a bit of up-gassing smell in the bathroom which is typical of older places and not a big deal. There was no TV; one was in a photo but looking back it was not listed in the amenities so it was my error.

It was quite cold and no heating.
