Perfect location to visit the historical centre, nice house with history, great garden and very large rooms. Kelvin and the rest of the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Missing possibly to have a tea/coffee or light meal, even if lot of potential with the nice garden (we brought take away breakfast and enjoyed it there!)

Street noise late at night and early morning

The safe central location and the variety of spaces that make a perfect location for families.

It was all. good. There are plans for increasing facilities for food storage and preparation, and that will be even better.

Really nice house and staff. The bathroom was amazing and we had the nicest shower in our entire Latin America trip.

The very amiable owners/staff who were so helpful and kind, treating us like family. Location is very central, right in the historic Centro, and only a quick and inexpensive ride to other key areas. Walkable to the very safe and comfortable Metro station. We liked the simplicity of the place. Nothing fancy, and everything we needed. The owner even pre-arranged a taxi to meet us at the airport and whisk us to the hotel after our after_midnight arrival.

Colonial style house in Quito in old part of the city. Spacious rooms with great decor, nice backyard with barbecue. Super friendly staff that helps to navigate the city.

Convenient location, a historical building located in the old Town. There is a small supermarket opposite to the hotel. The bedrooms and bathrooms are big and nicely decorated. Kelvin from the hotel is very helpful.

It was a bit noisy because the rooms we had face the street. We had to keep the windows and shutters closed.
