Very friendly and helpful owner. perfectly located in the old town. would always come back here if i return to Quito

There were half a day power outs and no water. This is for all of Quito and not only for this place. They shouldn't charge the same price when there are power outs for half a day

Room was large, comfortable and spacious. Toilet was clean and shower was decent, although you have to let the water run for a min or so before it heats up. Lovely garden with a resident dog Lana, and overall great location, very walkable to Centro Histórico. The owners Kelvin and Teresa were lovely and helped us with anything we needed. Laundry can be done on site for abt 10 USD per load. (Separately, for good meals, La Negra Mala around the corner, at Calle la Ronda, is highly recommended!)

Floorboards were creaky, so getting up at night couldn't be done quietly. Also can be noisy if there is traffic, especially police sirens, if you have a room next to the street.

Walking distance to major sites, restaurants and shops in historic district. Friendly staff, secure location. Large room, modern good sized bathroom. Mini-market across the street.

Bed was a little too hard/uncomfortable for my liking. Street noise from cars on busy street. Did get a little cold in the room at night but blankets were thick enough to keep me warm.

This place is located at an ideal place. Within a historical town, easy to walk to any churches and squares. We felt very safe to stay. The owner was incredibly kind and helpful. Cannot recommend more.

The room was spotless,well equipped, spacious and looked new. The location is perfect - in the historical area, and useful parking inside the hotel. The owner was very nice.

The shower could have been hotter.
