Lagom home - Cactus

I got sick right before I came to Pavi Home, so that meant I spent my week there recovering in my room. But it turned out to be a lovely experience. Jack and his wife were absolutely wonderful. They understood I was sick, and that I needed to eat things that might not be on the menu--plain rice, bananas, boiled eggs, lots of bottled water--and they brought everything I requested. I loved resting and working quietly in my room, sitting out on the verandah with the incredible view, and most of all, playing with the menagerie of cats and dogs on the property. (My favorite was Lun, the dachshund.) It was such a healing place that, by the time I left, I was completely recovered. Highly recommended.

My boyfriend and I have travelled all around Asia and this is without a doubt our favourite place we’ve stayed. Cozy rustic decor. Gorgeous view of the hills and rice paddies from all the rooms and main building. Very friendly and attentive manager, Jack, and an all around great staff. Helpful when booking taxis, day trips and trekking tours. Delicious cooking and breakfast is included. Adorable cats and dogs curl up around the fire in the main house on cold days/nights - including a very cute dachshund. Honestly one of the highlights of our stay. If you are visiting Sa Pa you must give Pavi home a try!!

The most impressive thing for me is probably the view straight to the mountain from the bed, the pets are extremely cute. Around the accommodation you can walk within a radius of a few kilometers to visit the village, very wild and the scenery is wonderful. Another thing is the food is very delicious, outdoor BBQ is recommended.

We had an issue with the electricity which was an unpredictable situation. However owner wanted to go extra mile and change our place. Nothing else I didn’t like.

Great place! Amazing location with incredible view. Quiet neighborhood away from Sapa. They offer food which is delicious. They can make you camp fire which is great, as we came at January when is pretty chilly. Thank you!

So friendly and generous. Will absolutely return. The view is fantastic. Jack is an excellent chef. The room is so nice and warm.

Incredible views of the valley, traditional feel to the property. Free breakfast was incredible, as was all the food here you couldn’t go wrong, no need to go elsewhere! Jack the receptionist was a great help and we loved how friendly they were with dogs including our own as well as theirs 👍 Far out of the town but this is what we wanted, decent Wi-Fi considering also. Would definitely return here if came back to Sapa region
