Fansipan Terrace Cafe and Homestay

The view, the restaurant food smelt amazing, the beds were comfy, had everything you want and the staff was helpful. The rooms are stocked with goodies like robes and tea. They do laundry service and outings.

Ich hatte nach meiner langen internationalen Anreise das Doppelzimmer für eine Nacht gebucht, um mich ein bisschen zu erholen. Es war perfekt. Liebevoll eingerichtet, ausgestattet mit allen, was das Herz begehrt von Bademantel über Föhn, diversen Aufhängemöglichkeiten. Auch das Bad hatte diverse Extras zu bieten: Shampoo, Duschgel, Einwegrasierer, Wattestäbchen.... Die Lage mit dem Blick auf die Berge und auf die Muong Hoa Bahn war super schön und man war in kürzester Zeit zu Fuß im Stadtkern. Das Personal war super hilfsbereit und nett! Frühstück ist inklusive.

The view in the morning despite everyday was foggy.

The place is very cozy. It has a homey charm with a nice view of the mountains. The beds are comfy, sheets are clean. They even managed to change our towels and refilled our water while we were out for the day. I love that the stay comes with free breakfast as the resto serves delicious dishes. Staff, most especially the owners, are very kind and hands-on, they will never make you feel like you’re just a client or something. They welcomed us very warmly.

The room lacks a mirror, the only mirror it has is the one in the toilet. It also doesn’t have a trash bin im the room, it only has one in the toilet so whenever you feel like throwing something, you’ll have to go to the bathroom to do it, same thing as if u wanna check how you look like before you go out, you’ll have to go to the bathroom to do it. Aside from these 2, I don’t have any other complaints.

its near the city center, very accessible by walking

there's an unamusing smell gping down the rooms and at midnight there's a noise from the ceiling in our room. I was a bit bummed that the WC and shower is an open space/common shared bathroom.
