Fansipan Terrace Cafe and Homestay

Very nice hostel with a good view.

Not very social, but it was ok!

there are motorbike rental nearby about 50meter walk. the cafe is good where u can relax and the egg coffee is to die for! they allow us to store luggage at the cafe while waiting for the mini van to pick us up

the ac is not working and the toilet kinda smell. it didnt bother me much actually. plus, no mirror in the room for us to makeup, only in the toilet where the lighting is not giving. we have to pack our makeup to sharing toilet outside to get better lighting

Good location and staff is really great! Friendly and helpful.

It was noisy at night. We were at the end next to a utility room and workers were loud when the come each evening to get things. In the high winds, the door to the utility room was very noisy because there is no latch to keep it from banging open and closed.

La vue depuis la terrasse est magnifique. Petit déjeuner et dîner très bien. Personnel sympathique et arrangeant, on a pu laisser nos bagages et se doucher avant de prendre le bus de nuit. Chambre sommaire mais suffisante pour une nuit.

La vista è davvero spettacolare, inoltre ci sono diverse opzioni per la colazione inclusa nel prezzo, molto buona

Non scegli questa struttura per avere un letto comfort ma per la posizione e per gli occhi

spectacular views, the terrace is well curated, nice real flowers and pictures of local traditions. I stayed one night, and it was ok

There is some room of improvement for bathroom, which are run down (dirty air filter, missing soap...)

Had an absolutely wonderful stay at Fansipan Terrace Café & Homestay in SaPa! The breathtaking mountain views alone make this place worth it, but what truly elevates the experience is the cozy and comfortable stay—especially the basement rooms, which were surprisingly warm, peaceful, and inviting. The terrace café serves delicious food with a view that’s hard to beat, making every meal feel special. What really stood out, though, was the hospitality—the owner and family were incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive, making us feel right at home. A perfect blend of comfort, scenery, and heartfelt warmth—this stay was truly memorable and highly recommended

Nothing really

The staff was very kind and helpful, when I had a problem with my flights they even agreed to switch my dates so I could come later - the location is very good too and the view from the home stay is to die for - the beds were also comfortable

The showers and bathroom were mixed and dirty. Inside the rooms the little boxes where the beds are in are hot and stuffy during the night

L'emplacement avec une vue à couper le souffle. Petit déjeuner copieux et compris. Restauration de très bonne qualité.
