Nice location apart from being remote, that’s what makes it nice maybe

Cheap mattresses where you can feel the hard bottom beneath. I was also unlucky that the staff checked another person into my bed only to realize it at 9:30pm when only one staff member was around who was drunk and didn’t want to change the bedsheet after another person had been in my bed. Kept saying sorry to try to gaslight me into accepting dirty sheets. Ultimately it took me 30 minutes to convince the staff member to change the bedsheet.

Beautiful location overlooking the rice fields, about 20 minute drive from Sapa town. Room was comfortable and had a heated blanket which was lovely. All staff were welcoming and helpful, the family dinner every evening was delicious. We had a brilliant stay.

I loved my stay here with Hoa and her family! Hoa is super super sweet and it's very obvious how much she cares about her homestay and her guests. She made me feel very comfortable and safe staying here. I had a private room for 5 nights over Christmas Eve and Christmas and I enjoyed my stay a lot. Sometimes it was really lively with a lot of people drinking and playing games, and other times I was the only one there lol! The food was incredibleeeee I loved all the meals here. Also the private rooms have heated blankets which kept me ridiculously warm each night. There's a pretty big grocery/general store like a 3 minute walk away which was really really nice too. The value of this stay was incredible and I would stay here again.

The staff and the rooms were amazing, and the family dinner was well worth the price and very tasty ! The location is out of the sapa town, which is perfect for hiking (alltrails is a must here did many beutiful hikes off this app) and a remote place to relax. Hoa made me feel at home for the whole length of my stay and was always open to answe my questions about the cultures and traditions in and around sapa :)

It being outside of sapa Town means you can end up spending quite a bit on taxis if your wanting to visit daily, to avoid this I would reccomend getting cash/ any snacks when you arrive in sapa before heading to the homestay. (But overall on my stay I truly have nothing to complain about)
