Mountain View Station

We checked in past 11 pm and were warmly welcomed without any hassle, which was such a relief after a long journey. The team was incredibly sweet and responsive to all our requests—from arranging motorcycle rentals for us to ensuring everything we needed was handled promptly and with care. One of the highlights was being allowed a very late check-out at 10 pm for just a small fee, which gave us the freedom to enjoy our last day without stress. The food was absolutely fabulous—fresh, flavourful, and satisfying. Above all, the owner stood out as the heart of the experience: thoughtful, generous, and genuinely committed to making sure every guest feels at home.

What I don’t like is nothing—as long as one comes with an open, accommodating heart. This place is full of warmth, and when met with the same spirit, it offers a truly beautiful and memorable experience. Do not compare to 5 star hotel. It is as good as it can be.

The location is very good.

Sanitation.

Staff- family run hotel. They were very accommodating and pay attention to our needs. Hai, their son helped us book fansipan tickets and offered us whole day car trip for our private tour. His parents took care of us every breakfast and they helped us with our luggages upon check in and chekout. Beds were very comfy and room was cozy as well. breakfast menu was sufficient. location was not bad- full of restos around and 5min walk to moana sapa

maybe a humidifier would be good as the rooms can get moist and damp because of Sapa weather. Breakfast options: my personal suggestion/opinion, would be good to add some fruits or increase portion especially for egg dishes otherwise our stay was very pleasant. Incredibly polite owners who helped us organize a trekking tour, which was nice. The hotel is located a little outside the bustling area of central Sapa, within walking distance to Cat Cat village. Comfy beds and nice view.

Unfortunately, the photos made the hotel look much better than it actually was. The hotel is very run down and in need of a lot of TLC. Very poor bathroom facilities, insects in the room, and an average breakfast. Overall, it was not the greatest stay, and if we had known how busy, commercial, and full of people constantly nagging you to buy something it would be, we wouldn’t have stayed longer than one night.
