Amazing place with great staff and an amazing breakfast. The room is large and comfortable with great views.

Buena ubicación, desayuno muy completo , el bungalow estaba muy bien cuidado y limpio, la cama cómoda y las vistas preciosas. Llegamos sobre las 5:30 de la mañana porque veníamos en el sleepbus y la chica estaba en recepción para recibirnos , nos dejaron hacer el check-in a esa hora aunque pagamos , fue una cifra insignificante y pudimos ducharnos y descansar , además del desayuno del día de llegada que previo pago fue un detalle poder hacerlo todo ya allí.

удобные матрасы и падушки. в номере было тепло, за исключением холодных полов. чтобы переночевать вполне нормально

не понравилось, так как номер не соответствовал фото при резервировании. Деньги взяли вперёд, а потом поставили перед фактом. мои вопросы игнорировали ья, делали вид что не понимают, хотя общался с переводчиком. ещё не понравился завтрак, даже молока не выставили, только сгущенное было. сантехника в ванне протекала. очень высокая слышимость, хотя в объявлении обещали повышенную шумоизоляцию., в итоге, я рассматриваю это все как обман, поэтому впечатление испортилось.

Great location, good views, polite and helpful staff

I would have scored this place higher if it was the exact place that I booked. When we arrived, I realized that YHS is located on the rooftop of Sapa Grand Hills Hotel - that is whwre they checked us in. If that was the place I booked - no issues whatsoever - but it wasn't.

Good location and very spacious room, it's a pity for the view that we couldn't see because of the clouds.

They don't answer to booking messages and when you try to have more information they're rude. We asked to check in early and the fee was 200k vnd. At the reception nobody speaks English. When we arrived the floor was still wet and dirty, we missed one of the small towels and the other one was red-stained (but they gave other new ones pretty soon so it's ok). No hand soap. There was someone's headband in the shower.

Quiet location.

Misleading room information. This is not a bungalow with 2 bedrooms as advertised it’s 2 separate chalets. Beds are not comfortable. We had to ask for a kettle. It arrived with 3 prongs for a 2 prong socket. Water floods entire bathroom as the shower /bath is on the opposite side of the water outlet flow. Breakfast very average. Can book far better even at this entry level price.

The breakfast was mainly catered for meat. Only toast ( which took to long to do ) veg rice & noddles not what I want in the morning and a omelette that was dry and under as hot plate. The fridge needs a clean! And you only get a quarter of the bath of hot water .
