Großes Zimmer mit Aussicht. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Roller zu mieten sehr unkompliziert.

Dusche läuft das Wasser aus. Frühstück hat uns nicht geschmeckt. War reichlich aber lauwarm.

Skvelé. Mohli sme si nechať batožinu na recepcii, raňajky boli skvelé. Izba bola čistá, veľká a hlavne v nej bolo teplo aj v zime (November). Naozaj sa nebolo na čo sťažovať a budeme odporúčať aj ďalej. Personál bol veľmi zlatí. Skvelá bola aj poloha- kúsok od centra Sapy a aj oblasti Ta Van, Moana Sapa a aj Cat Cat Village. Za tú cenu predčilo očakávania.

The hotel was good. The staff were very friendly and the location was great. The price was also very affordable. Breakfast was fine as well.

The room cleanliness was average, and the shower was leaking, which was a bit annoying.
