As expected for budget room, staff were friendly & helpful when I spoke with them - come around the property twice a day to make sure everything is ok & sweep etc.

Bed is very squeaky getting in & out. Could do with a kettle and a shelf in the shower.

Location and price.

The price was exceptional for a budget Homestay. All facilities were provided and worked. Could benefit from a kettle as there are no breakfast facilities.

As it is a Homestay, there is no Check-in desk but a phone number is provided. Better if Booking.com and the owner sent the room information earlier as I was in mid flight when my Email arrived with no way of knowing. Luckily the taxi driver was able to call the number and the owner came promptly to let me in.

The place is badly in need of renovation.

No responsible person available. Phone not answered. Extremely bad smell, nauseous. Bed, hard and uncomfortable.

It was cheap for senur. It was clean. Bathroom was big. Had big fridge.

The noisy arrogant Russian lady in the next room. I didn't end up staying the two nights and left. She coughed all the time, made loud phone calls, yelled at me. The room smelled of sewage and I couldn't put up with the smell. No bulb in lamp. No remote for TV and no way to turn it on.

Location was off the tourist path and close to the Metasari beach. This beach is super local and hosts local kite (kites I never knew could be so big and complicated) and parrot group and boardwalk.

Pool was small and only 3 chairs, we never could get a place at the pool

Very good people and clean homestay i have stayed twice and no problems I would recommend it
