The location, and the fridge

TV not working because the remote was missing, Aircon urgently needs to be serviced, far too hot in the room Bathroom is smelly if the light/fan is on for too long In 8 days the room was only cleaned ONCE The bed was so noisy that I woke my partner every time I turned around Power was off because they did not pay for the electricity The water feature is nice, but very noisy at night

Terrible communication, just “self check in”, slow response via booking same as WA, bathroom light wasn’t working on check in, ac poor

Staff were responsive via Whatsapp at check in. Wifi was good.

We booked the place for the day before our flight that night. I'm glad we weren't there overnight because the bed was really creaky and uncomfortable. There was no toilet paper provided in the bathroom.

Cheap and good

Location was very good and also very quiet. Bathroom was recently renovated and was clean and modern.

The biggest problem was the lack of interaction with the staff. There is no reception, nobody there to check you in, the room had wifi but no password was provided. A staff member came in the early hours of the morning to sweep the leaves from the path. On my day of check out he woke me up at 7:30 am to tell me that I was checking out on that day! Communication in English was difficult with him.
