Very accessible to the main areas. Friendly and hospitable staff. Nice breakfast.

Bathrooms need some improvements - bidet and a water heater would make it a lot better. Air conditioner location is not ideal - the cold air hits you when you're in bed.

the location, walking distance to calle crisologo and the town plaza. very convenient for me.

none about the place really, just the staff should be more friendly and accommodating. They are like typical pinoy who will treat you based on how you look. if you don’t look mayaman they barely smile at you, and there was this one time me and my partner were having breakfast at the dining area on the 2nd floor, these 2 ladies came up the stairs and when they saw us there on the table they like glanced at each other with meaning and I don’t know what it was for until now. We just ignored but we really felt uncomfortable, it was no big deal I didn’t put much attention to it really but this is the impression that kind of stuck in my head.

The location of the property was perfect, only a few metres from Crisologo St. The rooms were clean and staff were very helpful.

The breakfast was nice but the portion was very small. The dining room only had a couple of tables (room could have more) and could not accommodate our party of 10.
