no balcony, tiny room with just a bed

the staff tried really hard with no management around to assist them.

the booking.com site advertised rooms with balcony and seating area. we booked this hotel because we specifically wanted a balcony. upon arrival our room or any room in the hotel for that matter had a balcony. on the stairwell landing there was a table and 4 chairs…. we tried to speak to a manager to no avail… have emailed property twice, no response. No wardrobes, drawers, had to dump luggage on floor, room very very small, just 2 single beds and a small table. paint peeling off of walls……. bathroom smelled foisty. vigan is beautiful with many properties, this has to be one of the worst, the staff tried to hard to get a manager to speak to us…… to no avail….

It's a walking distance to Calle Crisologo. Also a few blocks from the plaza.

There's no table inside the room where you can put food and snacks.

Wi-Fi was fast and the property is closed to Calle Crisologo

No hot shower and so many mosquitoes. The breakfast was not appetizing.

Close to the tourist spot

No proper reception. Staff seems like not interested in helping guests, seen lying on bench watching tv instead of entertaining guests. No hot water as stated on the ammenities. Seen lots of defect in the room (door lock, bed frames). No clear sign for emergency exit. No details for breakfast times and menu.

The has been very helpful and nice particularly the 2 ladies ( Mary and Lilly) that helped me out to find out the best way to leave from Vigan to Sagada. They made everything possible for me by calling people and answering to my concerns. Very grateful to them.

The first room they gave me didn't fulfill my expectations....pipe under the sink was dripping water on the floor. So, I have been suggested to change room...what I did...but it is never pleasant to do so when you had already settled your things around the room. It should be checked before the arrival of the client. Mattress too hard, not comfy. Barking dogs around. Too expensive for what you get. You can find smtg much better around for the same price.

It feels so warm to stay, the staff are friendly and very accommodating. The location is very near to the malls and to calle crisologo, and so convenient! I love my stay and recommend this hotel to everyone 🙂
