PRAKRITI HOMESTAY Fortkochi Air Conditioned Rooms

I had a lovely stay at Prakriti Homestay in Fort Kochi. The place is beautiful and run very well by the nicest people. It's a perfect place that I recommend! :)

I thank Lakshmi for her hospitality, she is very attentive to her guests she organized all the outings and satisfied all my requests. She gave me advice on making my purchases. The room is very pleasant, bright and with air conditioning. There are many facilities available, we have a kitchen and individual dining area with fridge, unlimited filtered water, dishes and aquarium decoration. It is a guest house where life is good with impeccable cleanliness. I recommend this guest house, I extended my stay because I felt so good It is very well located near to princess street and bazaar road

What a fantastic homestay in Kochi! The owners were incredibly friendly and hospitable and the A/C rooms were such a relief after being outside in the hot Kerala climate. Would highly recommend!

Very clean rooms with A/C, fans, soap, towels etc. Breakfast was good value and host was extremely helpful and kind.

Good location for visiting and restaurants, clean, has everything you need. Very friendly hosts, went the extra mile to help us find a second cab as first one was delayed, to get us in time at the train station. Highly recommend.

Perfect Homestay . 100% safety . Food is awesome . Well cleaned and maintained room, nice QUIET nights. The homestay owners stay in the same building and are always ready to help you. Home cooked food will make you remember this place .

Lakshmi is an amazingly warm and welcoming host. She will happily provide you with tips for the area and for the entire holiday in Kerala, if you so wish. The room and bathroom is exceptionally clean. There is even a common area with free tea and water. Location is perfect to explore Fort Kochi, yet nicely removed from the mainstay tourist hotspots. We can’t wait to visit again.

Everything was excellent.

Quiet place, away from the road and traffic noise. Despite being a homestay, the room has an external staircase which gives you more privacy. The room was very clean and we enjoyed the balcony looking over the neighbour's garden at the back of the house. Within walking distance from the waterfront promenade and restaurants. Lakshmi and her husband were very friendly and helpful.

Occasional barking of dogs in the middle of the night and the muezzin's call to prayer at 5am, but then this is India and it is part of the experience.

The guesthouse was basic but met all of our expectations however it was the warmth of the owners that made this place special. They recommended restaurants and arranged a tuk tuk tour of Fort Kochi along with booking a taxi for the next stage of our trip. No task was too big or small. Highly recommend.

Room was perfect, as was the location. The hosts were very lovely too. Definitely recommend.
