Position, very friendly and helpful staff, cleanliness

Some problems with heating but in fact it was my fault, I didn't call to say I am cold, otherwise it would have been solved.

Host was attentive and friendly. Clear directions to the property. Rooms were very cozy, clean and comfortable. Its not hard to find and its in the city centre. We went in the winter and has very good heating. Internet was good too.
