The property has a beautiful garden. The homestay was comfortable and a great place to stay. We really enjoyed our stay.

Hygiene and room maintenance were top notch. Especially bathroom. It was well clean and maintained well. It was so comfortable.

Good base. Lovely large bright airy room, freshly painted, clean, simple, comfortable, leafy, pretty birds and frogs. In friendly local neighbourhood. Nice to see.

Rincy as a host was super friendly and helpful. Facilities were all super clean and neat. Location is very handy with many walkable restaurants. Also quite a few interesting activities can be planned from the homestay directly. The backwater boat trip is a particularly good one!

Bed could be slightly comfier, but other than that no complaints!

Cleanness and furnitures.

I was expecting that the property is in a coconut garden but there were only 3 plants. The owner said that she kept the property till we arrived at 8pm. However she would give it to someone else if it is a peak period. I think it is unacceptable behaviour as guests can’t find an alternative accommodation in night time and that defeats the purpose of pre booking. Luckily I wasn’t affected but I will not book again for a peace of mind.

Lovely size room. Very helpful hosts. Good location. Excellent value for price paid.

The host Rincy, was very welcoming and speaks great English. She was very helpful by suggesting a few things to do around Fort Kochi. The location of the B&B is great and no doubt that it was great value for money, will definitely go again if I end up in Kochi another time.
