Lovely setting, big room, host very friendly

Everything was great.

Coconut Grove is located in a quiet street yet it remains very central to enjoy Fort Kochi. The room itself is very spacious, clean and, bonus, it has tea/coffee making facilities, a table and a fridge, which came in very handy to keep drinks cold in the May heat. The bathroom is also very spacious and clean. As the room is on the first floor, there is a balcony overlooking the luscious garden and, when the sun isn’t directly shining over, you can sit and enjoy a coffee surrounded by beautiful trees. Please do keep in mind that there is no A/C option at the property yet; it can get uncomfortably hot depending on when you are visiting and although the ceiling fans can provide some relief, it might not be enough. The hosts have been great; very accommodating to keep my luggage after check-out, helped to carry the heavy suitcase up and down and also offered to share info on Fort Kochi and things to do. Highly recommended and would definitely stay again… maybe during cooler months :)

Currently there is no A/C option however that might change in future.
