This was a great little stay in Fairbanks. Located in a quiet area, but still walkable to restaurants and downtown. Check-in instructions were easy to follow. Rooms were clean and nicely furnished. Appreciated the attention to the details like the comfortable beds, nice shower, and the desk.

We loved staying here! Dan was super responsive, communicative and full of helpful info about the area. It was a great location, close to everything in town and the beds were very comfy. The saunas are incredible and an easy 35 min drive from town. Highly recommend.

Requested an early check in and was accommodated. Very prompt answering our text questions !! location good to downtown. though the restaurant we ate at Saturday night was terrible. Salty's was their name. The waitress was great but they didn't tell her they were out of 5 things on the menu. Take them off your list. Brewsters was by far the best restaurant we ate at during our stay. We knew it would be good when we saw it packed at 2:00 Monday afternoon and it was full of locals !! Need to add this to your list of restaurants in you book. Just 1/2 mile away

Didn't know there was no air-conditioning. The room got to 84 while we were there during the day. At night it did cool down enough for us to sleep. Open windows helped at night.
