Localisation, comfortable bed.

Not used to post reviews but the guy who welcomed us was very grumpy, sheets were dirty, WiFi not working in our room. Overall just bad attitude. Booking page said they had free bikes but they just don’t have any bikes at all.

The bed was comfortable.

It's the worst service that I ever received in a homestay in Vietnam. The welcome was very unpleasant, rude and aggressive, even though we arrived on time. Some equipment was broken in the room such as a broken faucet and a missing remote for the AC (while there was an over 40°C heatwave). When I brought up the subject with the host, he told me that if I didn't like the room, I just had to leave and find somewhere else to spend the night. He even sent his son to threaten us to throw us out. Definitely would not recommend.

Nice place in a back alley feels far from the center but not really, was hard to find

They let us check in at 4am after a long bus ride - bed was comfy and room was clean

Very nice and friendly owner. We communicated via google translator. Room was cosy, comfy bed. The location was nearby the mainroad, but quiet.

Pressure on shower was low. The light in the bedroom was a bit dark
