Ngoc's Garden House

Perfectly located it was easy to go to the different points of the National Park from the hotel. The room was nice and comfortable!

Wifi didn’t work perfectly in the room.

Clean, comfortable rooms and the family were helpful and friendly

Chickens are noisy early in the morning but means an early start to explore so was too bad

Ngoc, the host, was really kind with us. He helped us booking the bus for our next journey and he let us use the room even after the check out, to have a shower before the bus. You can rent motorbikes at a low price here

The room was a little bit cold, but that's because it is winter and they have no heating.

I was in the property just to sleep and was away all day.I stayed in Phong Nha for 24h only the room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very patient with me as I had a temporary atm problem

The property is 40% completed (the rooms) but everything else is still under construction. Not that it mattered to my stay but the photos of the exterior are misleading atm (Jan 2024) if you are looking for a pleasing-to-the-eye, well functioning stay.

Bed was comfortable

Bed consumed the entirety of the space in the room. The water oscillated.

good location, I liked the little hut we stayed in as well, it was kept clean! the host also waited up for me till 3am as my bus was late arriving which was nice of him

Very nice and clean room. Host was very friendly. And the star of the show was the tree in the garden that was full of chickens at night, yup live chickens

Very nice place to stay to spend a day or two in phong Nha. The host was super friendly and helped us with everything! The bungalow is very good and has enough space and the beds are very comfortable. Would definitely recommend this place to stay!
