Excellent location, welcoming staff, and one of my favorite home cooked meals during my time in Vietnam!

Shared bathroom was a bit far from the bedrooms.

My partner and I visited while touring on our motorcycles. The staff were helpful and friendly, the food was delicious and we had a sheltered area to park our motorcycles. Thank you for a pleasant stay.

- The host is friendly and hospitable - The homestay is very quiet, peaceful, there are many trees around the house and birds sing all day - The air was so fresh and I had a very good sleep - The food here suits my taste, it's great

Friendly staff. The owner is really nice. Close to nature in a traditional village. Many bathrooms available. Clean for asian standards Shampoo and toothbrush available. Clean sheets. Towel available Free water and tea! Lot of parking spaces Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner available

Unfurtnally we had a bed in the middle of the dorm. Even though I booked a night before. All good beds where reserved for people who came later then us? Not much privacy. And in my opinion 200k for 2 people for a dorm is a lot. We travelled from south to north and always had private rooms with bathroom..paid between 150-250 for that. Here a privat room with bathroom is 500... So a dorm full with other people and shared bathroom is too expensive..but we couldn't find something else and in this area all the prices where the same high. Unfurtnally the North is expensive compared to the South and tourist just pay without thinking. We are not in Europe so don't think it's cheap. For Asia its not. The Coffee was 20k but not a fresh brewed one with condensmilk. Just powder. So its overpriced! You get a good coffee in vietnam for 15-25k... Maybe the people are nice. but the price needs to be right for food and accommodation. So I can't give 10 stars.

Great location if doing a motorbike trip to split the journey between Hanoi and Lang Son. The rooms are nothing fancy, but clean and fine for the night. The food was really good, super impressed. Chilly at night in Jan, but plenty of blankets available and plentiful hot water in the bathroom. Family very friendly, great overall.
