Everything, it is a MUST stay if you are going to hoi an. Worth every penny. Breakfast is excellent! The location is perfect too allowing you to dip in and out of the hoi an centre and only three mins walk from the beach!!! Dao the owner is awesome too she booked busses and helped me send parcels home! Honestly fab:)
