Toro Homestay

Really glad we stayed in this central homestay. Very friendly and super helpful family run it and gave us to and from Da Nang. Central but quiet location makes it easy wander to all lovely locations in Hoi An.Bikes available to visit beach. Room was very clean and well equipped.

The only improvement would be some communal area to meet other guests.

Very close to the river and all the restaurants. Walking distance to almost everything you would want to see or do. Super friendly staff and very helpful when some trouble arose with other hotel owners.

A bit loud. Yes not from the outside but lack of isolation means everytime some move up and down the stairs you could hear it. Luckily I was on 2.floor bcuz there is no elevator. Also, what is it with hand soap? Haven’t seen it at any hotel here since arriving?!?

I'm very grateful for their warm introduction and care. When I accidentally got injured, they showed great concern and even took the time to accompany me to see a doctor, which deeply moved me. The shuttle service they provided is even more cost-effective than Grab. The accommodation is conveniently located, within walking distance to the old town and night markets. Highly recommend this stay!

Located in the old city, Toro Homestay provides a very convenient place for visitors. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the owners - who do not live on the premises- are very helpful. The evening we arrived, it poured with rain, and they gave us rubber slippers and a large umbrella each and took us down the lane - where there are several restaurants and cafes - very useful! - so we could get dinner. The day we left, they organised a tasty Bahn- mi, at 6.30am, so we had a good breakfast before our early departure.

The room has a jug kettle but no packets of tea/coffee/sugar etc. The duvet should have a cover. There was no cover and I couldn't help wondering who had used it previously!

Great homestay. Rooms where clean and tidy. Host helped us with bicycles to travel around hoi an. Location is also very good it is on walking distance with Japanese bridge.

Only one nitpick I would say is there is no elevator so if you have lot of luggage. You would need to carry it up to your room.

Its close to oldtown and restaurants, but still quite. Room is clean, Big enough, and AC worked very well. And the staffs are exceptional. They're very helpfull in everything, eventhough some of the staffs cant speak English, but still willing to help.

The owner barely stay in the front desk. We need to check out but no one was there. We called and no one pick up the phone. We end up waiting more than 30 min to check out. My driver come to check the price for us but the owner yelling at him and told him to get away.
