Good Location ,smart TV can watch Youtube, good wifi signal, free bicycle to ride, we 2 person booked double bed room but the owner offer 3 bed room for me and got balcony with nice view (maybe just 2 room was booking when we stayed included us), we were very enjoy to stayed in Toro, we stayed 4 hotel in Vietnam and this hotel was the best hotel we stay in Vietnam.

We stayed here during our visit to Hoi An and the family was super nice and helpful. We lost a luggage and they helped with our dealing with the airline. The rooms are nice and cosy, they have all the amenities you might need including AC and a fan. There is hot water in the shower and sink, and the shower has great water pressure. The location is great, just minutes from all the action. They also offered airport pickup and laundry service at a reasonable price.

The internet works great in the lobby, but is sometimes slow in the rooms. It’s ok for email, but you have to be patient when browsing the internet.

It's family run homestay. The owners are friendly and ready to help guest to arrange transport etc. Promptly reply on any queries before check in. Location near to night market and can take the heritage town picture at the other side of river bank

No kettle in the room, but if you really need it, can request from the owner.
