House 217 Gowrie Farm Estate

Beautiful modern spacious properly centrally located within Gowrie estate. Feels very modern and open plan and perfect for a family getaway. Rooms and bathrooms are very spacious. Loved the safety of being within an estate. Fully serviced daily which was nice to not worry about cleaning up. Access is very easy with all information sent through ahead of arrival. Beautiful view and beautifully kept gardens - would highly recommend!

Some basics were missing that made the catering part a bit of a challenge (no oven gloves, platters, boards, dish up bowls etc) and a few cutlery/ crockery pieces were cracked and chipped (kitchen kit as a whole could do with a bit of an upgrade.) Washing rack was broken upon arrival. One of the bar chairs were broken and not able to be used. House gets quite hot in summer, air cons in the bedrooms would be a great addition.

The views are beautiful, the rooms were clean & very specious. Perfect property for group trips. You get exactly what you see in pictures.

Right from when we booked this home and received confirmation from our host, I knew that this was going to be an exceptional stay. Everything was well communicated, the key collection and access to the home was easy. It was everything we were looking for and more. Perfect for our family get away.

The house is absolutely beautiful, comfortable and very peaceful. The heated floors really make a difference as it’s very cold in the midlands during winter. I would definitely book this house again. It’s very close to all activities we were interested in. The staff is very efficient as well, they responded within an hour whenever we needed clarity on anything.
