friendly staff in a nice setting. rooms are large.

hotel location is out of town, though not too far. staff are friendly but not able to be very helpful due to language barriers. staff also struggle to manage when the hotel is full. can here the train and freely in the rooms.

Clean rooms and nice breakfast

Amazing stay. The room was stunning, the place its self was beautiful.

The shower. The water temperature was so bad. Stayed hot for like 2 mins and then went cold. Breakfast wasn’t amazing, could have had more options for hot food and a little more variety.

El mejor hotel en el que he estado en Vietnam. Habitación preciosa, buen desayuno, el servicio de spa genial y el personal súper simpático y atento. Pudimos alquilar una moto en el mismo alojamiento e incluso nos guardaron el equipaje y nos dejaron utilizar las instalaciones después del check out.

The staff were welcoming and helpful. When we left, they helped by speaking Vietnamese to our transfer company on the phone. Enjoyed my massage!

The breakfast was quite basic, the coffee could be improved. The music around the pool was quite loud. I ate dinner there one evening and had an upset stomach the following day (my husband did not eat there, and was fine!) We did use the free bicycles but you did have to try out 4 or 5 before finding a good one for various reasons e.g flat tires, unable to adjust the seat etc. We had quite a lot of ants in our room. We had a room with a bath, which on the photos suggested you could look out of a window from, however they had cut the blind strings so you were unable to put the blinds up and look out of the window - unsure why this would be as no-one could really see in! From the photos, I think I did expect more from this hotel. Room service was also not offered, which was a shame. Location wise, a bit out of the way. I did not notice the train that is mentioned in other reviews.
