The rooms are nicely decorated, and garden and pool beautiful. Staff were friendly and the free bikes provided were a plus

This hotel is positioned really poorly in an industrial area and there seemed to be limited to no sound proofing in the rooms. We could not sleep well our entire stay due to the highway and railway line that seemed active at all hours. It is positioned too far away from Tam Coc and other tourist attractions. We found it next to impossible to book a grab/ taxi into Tam Coc in the evenings for dinner. There is a restaurant available on the property however prices are quite steep compared to other offerings in the area.

Nice rooms and pool area. Bicycles are provided for you to go and explore Ninh Binh.

The hotel is situated right beside a train track and very busy road. Be sure to pack ear plugs if you would like to get any sleep. I put the do not disturb sign out but the cleaner stood right outside my door talking loudly on their phone. The shower was quite dirty with black mould and didn’t drain properly. There was also limited hot water. A 3% credit card fee is charged at check out.

Een heel mooi verblijf met prachtig aangelegde tuin en zwembad. De villa’s zijn ruim en schoon en de badkamer met bad is prachtig. De medewerkers dachten heel erg met ons mee en regelden taxi’s en tours voor ons. Het ontbijt was geweldig!

The staff were amazing from start to finish. I had been in talks about this trip with staff for a few weeks before our stay, and they helped with the organisation of transport to and from the Hotel from Hanoi as well as with day tours all at a very reasonable price. Had a once in a lifetime opportunity on one of the tours provided by the hotel staff and would 100% recommend people to stay here.

Die Atmosphäre und die Zimmer sind wirklich toll. Das Frühstücksbuffet hatte eine große Auswahl und das Personal war hilfsbereit. Das Hotel liegt etwas abseits, was uns gut gefallen hat. Ein Roller ist deshalb zum Erkunden und Essen gehen aber sehr sinnvoll.

Die Fahrräder waren leider in keinem guten Zustand und wir sind nicht sehr weit ohne Panne gekommen. Lassen sie sich bei der Buchung von Leistungen vorher den Preis schriftlich geben. Unser Shuttle nach Hanoi war plötzlich bei der Abreise teurer geworden und der Preis generell höher als von den Mitreisenden.
